Questions

How it works!

We have pre-determined meeting locations set at the base of the mountains. After booking your tour you will receive your driving directions in your confirmation email. Please meet us there 15 mins before your tour time. In addition to your ATV, we provide helmet, goggles and gloves for you to wear for your adventure! Before your tour we will collect your damage deposit by cash or credit card and your deposit will automatically be returned to you when your trip has been completed with no damage to report!

Can we book a same day tour?

Because we have to bring equipment to a remote area, our online booking page requires 24hrs notice so that we can prepare the necessary amount of equipment to be loaded and brought out to our meeting location. Alternatively, you can call 905 409 6602 to inquire if a same day booking is possible, as we may already be out on the trail with other clients and be able to accommodate your tour into a time slot later in the day.

Can two people share an ATV?

Every person on a tour is required to operate their own ATV. Our ATVs are legal 1 passenger ATVs. For insurance and safety purposes we do not allow people to double on an ATV.

Can my Teenager drive an ATV?

All drivers must be minimum 16 years of age. Proof of age is required before starting your tour, this can be emailed or photo of proof of age be sent to [email protected]. The parent or guardian must fill out and sign the “MINOR” section of the waiver for anyone under the age of 18 years old. You can find this option at the bottom of the waiver

Does the tour get cancelled if its raining?

No, tours are not cancelled due to rain. All our ATVS are equipped to ride in inclement weather, just be sure to be dressed for the weather. You may contact us for any inquiries about current trail conditions and what equipment is recommended!
